How this project supported Ragdoll Foundation aims

This was the best-developed and most ambitious museum application the Ragdoll Foundation had received to date. The trustees were enthusiastic about the quality of engagement with young people in and leaving care, and thought that the project had the potential to become a model of good practice for other organisations.

The Foundation rarely awards grants at this level, however the trustees were convinced that supporting the extension of a well-established collaboration between Cornwall Museums Partnership and Carefree Cornwall had an excellent chance of success, as well as making a real difference to the young people taking part.
