This was a clear, well-put-together, well-worked-out proposal to reach out to a community that is often overlooked by mainstream cultural organisations and misses out on creative experiences. The “why, what, and how” of the application were convincing, artistic quality looks high, and the trustees have every confidence that this project will succeed.
