Summary

To pilot the Sing and Breathe Academy with pupils and families, exploring experiences of living with asthma through music and creativity. The project co-created resources such as new songs to support better breathing, and helped children to develop their own support strategies through the arts.

How this project supported Ragdoll Foundation aims

This was a well-written, well-developed proposal to test whether Music for Wellbeing’s established adult practice could be adapted for children with asthma. Child’s voice and artistic input were strong, and the project was innovative and strategic for the organisation.
