Summary
A pilot with the older members of the Brass Blast group, giving them a greater role in shaping and leading the activities on offer, and exploring their needs, passions, and potential. This project supported talent development and retention of the older musicians and helped to inform future development of the organisation.

This was a nice, straightforward application that proposed organisational learning, supporting the older players to continue with the group, and creating more mentoring for younger players.
